Smartivo offers free shipping on all products. Standard delivery is generally expected within 3–5 business days after an order has been processed and shipped, although carrier conditions and destination factors may affect actual delivery timing.

  • Do not perform electrical work beyond your qualifications.
  • Do not install cameras or recording devices where prohibited.
  • Do not rely on a consumer device as the sole protection against fire, intrusion, flooding, freezing, or another hazard.
  • Test sensors, alarms, locks, cameras, and automations regularly.
04Security and monitoring limitations

Unless expressly stated, Smartivo products do not include professional security monitoring, emergency dispatch, guaranteed surveillance, guaranteed intrusion prevention, or guaranteed hazard detection.

Connectivity failures, power loss, depleted batteries, network interruptions, account issues, incorrect installation, environmental conditions, third-party outages, or user settings may affect product performance.

05Prohibited conduct

You may not use the website or products to:

  • Violate applicable laws, regulations, privacy rights, or intellectual property rights.
  • Submit false, deceptive, fraudulent, or unauthorized transactions.
  • Distribute malware, interfere with website security, or attempt unauthorized access.
